Mr. Verma joined bar at Patna High Court in 1973 and worked as Assistant Public Prosecutor before joining Bihar Judicial Services. He superannuated as District and Sessions Judge after rendering 32 years of service. He worked as Principle Judge of Family Court for 3 years. Mr. Verma also served as President of District Consumer Forum and was visiting faculty at Bihar Judicial Academy.
